"I love this product, it is bespoke, it’s simple, personal and a great gift. You fill in a questionnaire on the website, which helps to build up a picture of your grandchild, their likes, dislikes, favourite toy, or a special memory you may have. It is easy to fill in with clear instructions. A story will then be written, just for you, using the details you have entered so think about it a while, as the more detail you give the better the story will be. I explained about the twins and the fact that they had rung Grandpa up on his birthday and left a message on the answer phone, all singing Happy Birthday to you. A little story was written about it, and it is magical, I have to say made me shed a tear! I then had an email with the content for approval and was asked if I wanted it illustrated as well, which I did. The illustration was all in context with the story. It arrived wrapped in tissue paper in a frame. I can not recommend this highly enough, if you have little grandchildren it’s a perfect gift for maybe Mum or Dad, or a special gift for older grandchildren. Memories in a frame. "
